unikid
Do you have children or teenagers to whom you have a duty of care?
If the answer is yes, you, just like many of your colleagues, will be confronted with many different responsibilities and demands on your time and energy – whether you are studying, teaching, researching or working.
Whether you would like to get information in advance, are preparing to re-enter the working world, would like to know if it will be possible to combine your job with kindergarten and school issues, birthday parties, childhood illnesses and other challenges... we are here to support.
unikid provides advice and service to make working and caring for minor family members more compatible.
Provisions range from need-based and year-round childcare to childcare in the summer, "unikid info" for parents of adolescents, unikid courses and confidential research of individual situations.
You can find legal, financial and other specific information on this website. The unikid brochure provides you with important information and guidelines.
If you subscribe to the unikid & unicare newsletter, we will send you regular information updates on provisions and events. Just ask if you would like to receive any specific information brochures.
You can contact us by phone, in person or by email and we will answer as quickly as possible. We undertake research for you anonymously, discuss your concerns and situation, and provide you with the information that you need right now to make it easier to act and take decisions.
As we cooperate with other institutions, you can also contact us if you work at the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz, Joanneum Research or University of Applied Sciences FH Joanneum.
